Fast shipping and the seller was really helpful, and directly offered refund if the shipping problem was not resolved in timely manner. I think the pricing was fair. The monitor has 2 dead green subpixels (which was not in description), one got fixed with eraser massage. I wish it was tested for dead pixels prior and the info was added to item description. Overall, good experience.
