    Still learning to cook with it but the food is very good with it.

    It is easy to understand ( still haven't read the instructions). It's almost silent and a separate thermometer has it within 1/2 of a degree from the thermostat setting. I have a sous vide setting on my pressure cooker, but it only has one setting for temperature and it is low by about 4 degrees. With this I can set it for every temperature and more than any of what the sous vide recipies call for. So I have the choice of how well done the food is and the food can't be overcooked from what I have read. The motor is listed as being brushless which should last a lot longer and take less power than the older motors with brushes. That should mean years of service with no brushes to replace. The food is coming out firm but very tender with great flavor. I look forward to the food getting even ...
