    I trying to contact the seller for two days, with no response. So I have to leave negative feedback. The package of broadheads were delivered in an envelope. They were completely destroyed in shipping. I’ve been selling on eBay for many years and would never think of trying to ship these and just a padded envelope. They are destroyed he could never be used. The seller needs to step up and make this right. Either send a refund or send a new package shipped properly.

    Great power. Need protection.

    This thing is like getting a muscle car after driving a 4 cylinder sedan with manners; at least my first impression. A little heavy but if you spend a few minutes balancing for your height and arm length, it rips through most vegetation short of a machine equipped with either a chainsaw or metal blades. But, power has its limitations. Yes, safety glasses or helmet with face shield, heavy shirt and pants or chaps, boots or shoes would help. Here in Hawaii a tshirt and shorts and flip flops are everyday wear, except when weed whacking, especially heavy brush and or tall grass. This unit comes with a less than adequate protective hood, the grass and twigs come at you faster than you realize. Initial experience produced stinging objects flying at my head and eyes, grass covering the front part ...

    Don't get your hopes up

    The power is great and it's comfortable for me to use. The problems I've experienced are the first order was missing the battery and charger, the unit i have now had like a metal clip inside the power shaft that was preventing the attachment shaft from reaching the full depth, i was able to shave that smooth, and the problem I discovered today after draining the battery is that the charger appears to be faulty, I'm currently charging the battery on a different charger so I don't think the battery is faulty

    Great for pole saw attachment.

    I originally bought the smaller head unit for the Ryobi 40V expand-it trimmer. It was not strong enough to operate the pole saw attachment. It broke after only two uses of the pole saw. It ran the weed eater ok. This head unit worked great with the pole saw. It felt like I was using the gas powered pole saw again. I would recommend this stronger head unit if using the pole saw attachment.

    Works as well or better than my old gas trimmer.

    Good looking tool with plenty of power, string trimmer head made short work of the smaller weeds, then changed to the brush clearing blades and took on some larger growth areas. Easily handled everything and never lost power over the two hours in use,
