Panasonic KXC-TGE433 system and KX-TGEA40B
I originally purchased the 3 unit set (I should have purchased the 5), my error, regardless. Both my original set and the additional unit are exceptional in all aspects: easy to set up, comfortable to hold, many extra features (for instance, the units can be set up as a baby monitor, a "quiet time" can be set to the one you keep in your bedroom to prevent a call from rousing you earlier than you want) but the best feature and the one that made my decision to get rid of my 2 prior Vtech phone units: annoying and unwanted robo calls, political party calls, charity (real and fake) calls, etc., can easily be blocked by just the press of 1 button and as if this feature wasn't enough, the system can block up to . . . wait for it, wait for it . . . 250 different numbers!!! This feature alone is more than worth the price of the phone system!!! There is only one thing I wish that could've been a tad better: even though the spoken word via the receiver is clear, the speaker strength should be just a little louder - and I'm sure most, if not all the other reviews of this particular model, will have the same wish/complaint. Phone inoperable..............
Unable to get my "newly purchased phone" to link up with my Base unit, I tried everything that the instruction booklet instructed and I get a message on the handset displays a message that there is no power even thou the phone displays a fully charged symbol in the upper righthand corner of the screen. I followed the Instructions approximately ten times unsuccessfully. I also tried several working base units from known working phones five in all and still couldn't get the unit to mate-up with my Base unit.
