    If you like to read recipes in print And You want to know that all recipes have been pretested and are GREAT, this is a cookbook for you. Every recipe comes out perfectly. The content is also so valuable! She includes so much information that you will gain much benefit from. However, I must confess, I am a huge fan of The Moosecook Collective. Her original cookbook from the ‘70’s was my first vegetarian cookbook. I still have my favorites from that cookbook. You won’t be disappointed, in fact, you’ll want to give this one to all of your foodie friends.
