    Bought a lot of 9 pairs of shorts. No where in listing did they list damaged items. 2 out of those 9 had completely stretched elastics (completely unwearable). I took pictures, as they were stretched over 2 inches wider than the rest and contacted seller. Seller was not easy to work with and said they were bought in various years (hence why some were so much more damaged). I asked to just return those 2, since we needed the rest- seller did not accept that and was not easy to work with.

    My apologies on the condition and even more so for the time to respond. I must have missed the communication from you regarding the damaged shorts as I am more than happy to send you a refund. I typically donate or dispose of any clothes I would not have my kids wear. Unfortunately looking through the ebay portal I can not find this order. I believe I priced each short around $3/short. Please send me a reply and I am more than happy to send a refund. Again, apologies for not responding sooner.
