    The sound production on our "older model" tv sets was such that not only was the fidelity poor, the volume had to be on HIGH to hear anything....that has been corrected.

    Wasted my money an useless item

    To make it better you need to start by being honest , besides that the Vitec phone set came with out the base unit charging cable the batteries where both damaged I had to pay $17,00 for the charging cable jus to find out that the phone batteries needed to be replaced. Basically I threw a way $ 31.00 for an incomplete damaged phone when I could've bought a new one with the same money. It's OK we learn from our mistakes.
