If you only buy one book on mixing drinks, buy this one.
This book is written by a very solidly experienced pro. Many cocktail and bartending books are written by amateurs. This man has been in charge of many important bars and he knows what it's all about. Get the book written by an expert, Dale DeGroff. Yes, this is the real deal.
