    Easy conversion from bb30 to Shimano hollowtech 24 mm

    Super simple way to adapt bb30 bottom bracket to Shimano hollowtech 24mm crankset. You literally just put the insert into the hole where the bearings sit and then push the Shimano crank set through and you're done. Why isn't every cycling solution this simple?
