I have owned many laptops in various brands.I recieved this laptop and it took 3-4 hours from plugging it in to be able to use it. Hours worth of updates were waited on. I got past that to proceed to use the product. I find it almost like laptops I owned 10-20 years ago. Keyboard feels rough to push and touch pad is simular. It does what I need but I should have paid more for a brand name. Could be a great first laptop.
