Initial issue was simply RAM needing to be reseated. Afterwards booted up my Windows flash drive and working flawlessly. Could not be happier with this purchase. Planning to upgrade it for a beginners gaming PC up to 1080p for my son after my gaming laptop stopped powering up. I always loved the old reliable towers as well and it's great to have another.

I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay. Damage aside, it's still 95% useable - and that's good enough for me.
