    Cassette deck was listed as tested and working, but arrived with 2 broken belts and didn’t function. Seller was slow to respond but agreed to refund after I provided video proof, but it was like pulling teeth. I returned it using eBay’s system, but after the refund, the seller blamed me for damage and claimed improper packing. Even though no instructions were given before hand. Communication was slow and inconsistent. Refund was processed, but overall experience was frustrating.
