He said yes. I said please be certain it will come to me tomorrow. Instead of taking it to the UPS facility he took it to a UPS store. I didn't get the product for 3 days. That was extremely frustrating. UPS closed down their "in house" drop off locations in NC when their new CEO took over. Dropping off at the actual UPS facilities is no longer an option. We only have UPS stores and access locations available for over a year now. It has certainly been detrimental for our next day air options. To be honest, whatever fine print statement about delivery after the weekend was not seen, I'm sure they bury it deep into the statement. Hope the wedding went well!
