I ordered and received a manufacturer's package labeled Queen, but the actual sheets inside were Full. I was able to use them, but informed the seller of the mistake. They were very receptive, quick to reply, and seemed to appreciate the communication to prevent that from happening with future orders. They also refunded the difference between the Queen and Full. Nice seller to deal with.
