    Good product but doesn't install well on all window types

    This is a good product and easy to set up but it might not work for all windows. I have very little space on the side of my window for the contact and I have tilt in windows for cleaning. I installed these and then found out that as soon as we tilt the windows in to clean them, it will rip out the contact. The sensor is on the window itself but there is no way for me to avoid this. So what I'll have to do is have extra two side tape so that when it's ripped off the side, we can clean the windows, put them back in, and then reinstall the contacts. It's a pain but we only do that sort of cleaning in the fall and spring so twice a year.

    One sensor never worked. Will need to get new one via warranty.

    One of the sensors has never worked properly since day 1. Ring technical assistance already tried to help by resetting the product, but no luck. I am stuck with trying to get a new via warranty. This is an issue I have already experienced with the same contact sensors in the past.

    Part of an amazingly good alarm system

    These contact sensors are amazingly easy to install. I installed all of mine using the supplied double-stick tape. The two halves merely have to be installed within 1/2 inch of each other. All 13 of the contact sensors I installed are working perfectly.

    Great sensors

    I love my Ring Alarm system and the sensors are a little but large compared to my previous Xfinity sensors but work very well. The price is very affordable and they are very easy to install

    Seamless Integration, Simple Install

    These work well and do the job. I've installed dozens of these contact sensors and never had an issue. Follow the directions, and you can install a set of two in less than 10 minutes.
