I opened a return request. The seller contacted me and asked me to close the return request, so he/she could send me a replacement. The replacement was even more damaged than the last. Contracted seller, again, no response. Tried to open return, ebay won't allow anothe return. I felt played by the seller. The seller knows his products are defective but yet still sells them.

All though the packaging was torn open on the ends and some of the parts were missing, and the padded deck is torn in 3 places. I can replace the missing hardware. The missing items were the 3 bumper pads, the 2 locking pins that hold the legs in the down and locked position, and some of the hardware.
