All though the packaging was torn open on the ends and some of the parts were missing, and the padded deck is torn in 3 places. I can replace the missing hardware. The missing items were the 3 bumper pads, the 2 locking pins that hold the legs in the down and locked position, and some of the hardware. Thanks again for your service.
