    Product took a week to go coast to coast. Did not receive any shipping information until I asked about six days after ordering. I did get a response once I inquired which I appreciated though it was not a quick response. I would order again from this seller because I eventually did get a response to my question regarding shipping and the item, though not like the picture, did arrive in a plastic bag package and was in the excellent condition. Thank you.

    As others have already said, this seller does not communicate with you. They will not send notice if the product has been shipped or even any questions you may have. So if you are looking for help or feedback or need the part asap. This is not your seller! However with that being said, the product does arrive and works perfectly. It was new condition and worked for what I needed it for. Price was fair. So make sure you get the right part because there are no returns or communication.
