I opened a return request. The seller contacted me and asked me to close the return request, so he/she could send me a replacement. The replacement was even more damaged than the last. Contracted seller, again, no response. Tried to open return, ebay won't allow anothe return. I felt played by the seller. The seller knows his products are defective but yet still sells them.
