I asked where the shirts were and was told that long sleeved shirts had been sent by mistake and were being recalled from the courier. Twice, I was told that I would get a tracking number for the sirts, but nothing. I went to the click and collect shop to pick up something else and the shorts were there. No ECP number on the package, so they couldn't be processed and I had to sort it out with the shop keeper.
