    Better than others.

    I use ALA for recurring night pins and needles in my big toe . Nutracost ALA was effective but did not stop the pain just lessened it . This product has now stopped it altogether for a month now . I do take the Nutracost ( 300mg) in morning and I take the HMS-R ( 300mg) before bed and this has worked best for me and is cost effective .
