I bought and installed new genuine Caterpillar pump and fixed the problem. Issues: 1.leaked 2.supplied incorrect pressure(10 psi too much) 3.Metal shavings in the blind thread holes for the hour meter. I've bought other parts for other machines from you with no problem but this was a junk part. No other way to put it. This part gives aftermarket products a bad name. I wasn't asking for a new one but they were generous and sent me another one out to me. Thats great customer service you dont see anymore so I thank you very much!

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
