The seller responded to my messages in a timely manner and a few days after purchasing was sent the CORRECT tracking number that matched my FedEx alert tracking number….My chairs arrived and were shipped straight from Lifetime. They’re the cutest! Amazing quality and worth every penny. I absolutely love them and so does my little guy! They’re perfect!

    I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER, BUT IT APPEARED TO BE DELIVERED TO ME, THEY NOTICED ME WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED BUT THEIR PICTURE WAS NOT MY PROPERTY!!! AND FEDEX SAID MY ADDRESS WAS NOT ON THE PACKAGE SO I COULD NOT ASK FOR HELP! THE BOX MEASUREMENTS WERE TOO SMALL AND TOO HEAVY FOR MY ITEM. AT LEAST THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BEFORE THE “DELIVERY DATE”, BUT HOW ODD! THEY CALLED IT A SYSTEM GLITCH LOL THIS WAS A CRAZY EXPERIENCE. IMO SOME KIND OF SCAM GOING ON. BUYER BEWARE!
