    Software incorrect

    The machine came with no software. The seller told me to download it off panasonic website which didn't resolve issue So now I still don't have a working machine. Not to mention the paper jam issue that I had to arrange a service call to fix. The machine is a great item but apparently will need a lot of work before it is productive.
