    I experienced such a hassle of a transaction with this seller that could have very well been avoided if they didnt lack communication, were honest and consistent with their message responses to my inquiries, and didnt use false advertising on their item's listing. In the end, I returned my item and fortunately did get a full refund. I was then promised by the seller a free item to compensate for their mistakes. Sadly to say, it's been quite awhile now and I never received said item.

    I'm a bit confused. You requested a free item of underwear in a size that was clearly too large for you—so much so that you had no intention of keeping what you received.     The best Keurig ever!

    I’ve owned multiple Keurig machine’s in the past and when my last one did not work I knew I’d have to get another coffee pot. It did not have to be another Keurig.but one that performs well. I saw the K1500 commercial pot and after reading about it decided to try it. Glad I did! Best Keurig ever! Coffee very hot, ease of use and it descales itself. I truly love it and I actually smell the fresh coffee brewing!

    There were no directions. The water fil...

    There were no directions. The water filter holder was missing. I was able to use the holder from my old Keurig but had to figure out how to operate the coffee maker by trial and error. I was able to finally figure it out and was able to brew a cup of coffee this morning.

    Wonderful Device! My Dream Come True!

    My previous Keurig died after 8 years, so I had to buy another one... I looked at the different products available and even looked at different brands... I didn't want a touchscreen to show ads or to deal with in general... I Did Want one that gave me different size cup options, Holds Lots of Water, & is Easy to Refill... Although this model didn't come with a filter piece, the one I had on my previous Keurig fit perfectly!! You'll see in the photo we Love Coffee... But I NEED to have my Chai Tea as well... So, I HAD to have a New Keurig machine and this one is AWESOME!!! Easy to Use! Easy to Clean! Easy to Refill! And FASTER than my last one!! My only negative is that it took two full containers of water, AFTER the water & vinegar solution to get rid of the Fresh Plastic taste/smell... ...

    Easy to use and is ready to brew in about 2 minutes. You can brew from 6 to12 ozs with a strong setting. Will automatically shut off when not in use.

    Commercial quality

    This is my 3rd Kurig in 6 years. The first 2 were the cheapest one Walmart had and were Walmart only models. They worked well for awhile. This 1500 is a totally different machine. It holds a days worth of water for two people. 6-7 cups a day. With the cup size option you can make a new cup on top of the last bit of cooled coffee you have left for a nice warm up. The lever to insert the pod has a weighted feel. This machine is a very nice upgrade from the plastic smaller home models.
