It works very well for concealment. I will make one slight suggestion. On the guard part, if you carry with safety off, pressure against the kydex will push the safety lever out of position. The kydex bends in towards the slide and safety at that point. If the bend were realigned, then it would solve this. I cut out a portion of the guard at that point and it works great all around now.
