The first reel I received had obviously been opened because there was no product paperwork and the reel was missing the front drag cap nor was it in its original bag and the handle had been set because the plastic retaining washer was missing. I contacted the seller and they made it right immediately without hesitation. They sent me a new reel that in the factory packaging along with a return label. I received the new reel within a couple of days. Excellent service!
