    I knew going in that the light is more like a night light so I wired in my own LED stickup light. Now it works great and looks good. So two screws to remove bracket with light on hood to get to the wires. Then wire my light red to red and black to black then stick my light to hood with the two sided sticky tape. The hood I got for $52 and the LED stick up light about $10
