When item arrived it had hair line scratches on a proof coin that the seller did not disclose. When I contacted him he was really nasty and said for me to take it up with eBay, which I did. Then he offered for me to return the coin. It's not worth all the hassle to return a $20 coin. I offered to negotiate with him and he declined and quit responding to my messages. It would have much more simple for him to offer a partial refund and then I would have left him positive feedback. Aweful experien
