Great communication, however cheap product, NOT OEM, not even close in quality and finish. BUT, the seller didn’t make the product, only supplied them. I will note that they arrived three days after last date of expected window from a warehouse less than 100 miles from my shipping location and we had NO adverse weather or accidents when I looked at AccuWeather and CalTrans SigAlert
