The seller was quick to get the item to me. The item is not of good quality. As soon as I unboxed it two screws came out in the collection bin and disassembled. I was able to screw them back into place, but it raises questions about production quality. I'm going to run a hose from it and see how it runs. If more screws pop out or if there is any leaking. I'll follow up with seller. Disappointed.

The install instructions were practically useless. The tank had a loose piece in it that I couldn't get to fit. It doesn't have room for your hand to even fit inside the tank. It said it had to be installed perfectly in order for the dehumidifier to work properly. I'm at a loss here. I live alone and I'm 81 years old and I don't have any neighbors that would help and my family lives in 3 different states. I need help with this or I'm not going to able to even plug it in.
