Looks great, I'm just not sure why it wasn't left on the start to make a windows account. It was already set as "surfacepro4" so now I've been waiting forever to factory reset something that's suppose to be vanilla. But while still waiting to do that, the surface pro looks amazing, from the description I expected much more damage but not much of anything at all!! Odd start, should leave then at startup menu after factory reset... but looks great! Flat rate shipping cost.

    good buy

    Was a replacement for a stolen android. I went with the iPhone because I was told had I had an iPhone stolen I would have been able to retrieve my 4 years worth of pics because they automatically get stored i the cloud.....not so with an android. iPhone also can be tracked, an android must have the app downloaded. I'm not technically savvy so I don't want to have to take all kinds of extra steps for 2 of the most important things on my list for a phone. Battery life is good sometimes, not so good others....

    BAD BATTERY

    I bought this phone and it only last an hour until it dies. Even on the lowest screen brightness and low power mode it still lasts 1-2 hours. Terrible battery life.
