I use this item 3 times. On the fourth time I plugged it in, nothing. No power no LEDs lit up. I did not mistreat it. There was no power surge. I changed to different outlets. Nothing worked. It is not working. I do hate to leave negative feedback but what can I say? I am not happy. I contacted. The seller is unwilling to allow me to return it. 🤷🏽

This item was advertised as new and clearly was not new. Upon receiving the item it was quickly determined that the item had been registered, an email account loaded, and pictures resident from the previous owner. The screen was extremely dirty and there was no part that was in its original plastic. The item functions, but when you pay more than the "new" price, you should at least get what is advertised. When the seller was contacted the response was "I thought it was new".
