    LIFE CHANGER

    This is an excellent learning/practice QiGong workout DVD. Francesco and his wife Daisy illustrate and explain each movement in great detail, showing different views of each movement I had previously purchased their QiGong Cleansing DVD and thoroughly enjoy it as well. However, this is absolutely his best! The scenery is breath taking beautiful and almost worth the price of the DVD.. It is a two disc set - the second disc is a documentary detailing Francesco's travel and experiences. It is more of a travelogue with fascinating people and Masters featured in it. I enjoy watching this disc again every once in while and never tire of it. I started out practicing TaiChi and still do the workouts, but Francesco has opened up a whole new way of thinking and improving my overall health ...

    Gentle, Effective, Meditative Exercise

    This is a wonderful DVD with very clear, easy to follow directions. I bought this because I was bored with Tai Chi. In this program the instructors go through the forms slowly with clear, spoken directions. Also, you can combine the forms in any order which I thought was a bit more creative and intuitive. I would have liked to see more of the view of the exercise from the back so I would not have to remember to use my opposite hand or foot. I also would have liked to see a menu where I could skip to a particular exercise without having to go through the DVD from the beginning. I haven't gotten through the whole program yet, but it keeps my interest and doesn't require a lot of space to do it in. All in all it is a wonderful program and I am left feeling very calm and energized.

    Qigong for Beginners

    I recently had to go to The Mayo Clinic for health reasons. Some of those where fibromyalgia, bursitus of the hips, back problems and anxiety and stress. I was told by the Doctor to either read, get the DVD's or take a Qi Gong class. I bought not only the beginners DVD set, but also the Detox and Stress Relief. The minute I started watching these DVD's, I was thrilled. They are easy to follow, easy to do and help each of the problems mentioned above. My fibro has eased up. The bursitus hasnt flared up since I started them. My back hasnt felt this good in 16 years and the breathing excersises teach me stress relief and calmness. I didnt believe the Doctor at first, but I thought I would give it a try. Im so glad the Doctor was right. These DVD's give you easy lessons, ...

    Outstanding QiGong Instructional DVD

    This, in my opinion, the best QiGong DVD for beginners and those with experience. It is easy to understand and implement. The QiGong practice allows you to choose between a less than 20 minute or a 40 minute sequence and contains a Shaolin Temple massage sequence. It also contains a 2nd disk documentary of QiGong wich was well produced.

    Good content but needs a menu.

    Good content. Would be easier to use if there was a menu feature for easy access to desired exercise.
