I didn't understand the description on the item. It stated no reservoir. The that holds the water on the Keurig was totally damaged. I asked for my money to be refunded and the seller was very rude. I was willing to with with them I essentially paid $36.78 for a broken machine. It's not useable. The seller offered me $8.00. why would I settle for that amount of money when they were paid full price. They are not willing to refund my money.

    Crosswave

    This Vacuum was more then expected. I was caught of guard how easy it was. My wife had mopped our floors and we went back over our floors with the Bissell Crosswave and was shocked to see the amount of dirt and grime that it was able to get off our floors. I would recommend this product to any one.

    If the battery lasted a little longer it would be perfect

    I upgraded from the corded version. This is much easier to maneuver and is much more quiet. However the battery life keeps me from cleaning more than a room at a time. Also, I think it’s a little less powerful than the corded version but that was not a surprise. You can only do one wet and dry pass and with a little less power than the corded it really makes it harder to achieve efficient cleaning.

    LOVE IT!

    Picks up debris like cheerios with no problem. LOVE that I don't have to vacuum first. Relatively quiet. Feels nice to handle. easy to refill. LOVE that it's cordless. LOVE that I can vacuum/refresh rugs. Love that it self-cleans. It's a little bit of a hassle to clean and dry all the parts after the self-cleaning cycle, but not terrible. It's definitely worth it if you're doing an entire room or more than one. Not worth it just for spot leaning. Overall, LOVE it!

    Absolutely love the bissel crossways cordless

    I had the pet pro version before, but my dog chewed up the cord so I decided to switch to the cordless version. Absolutely love this vacuum/mop. It leaves your floors so clear and soft, like you’re walking on clouds. This is your sign to buy it now, no second thoughts. Absolutely worth every penny!
