Shipping was fast and item was packaged very well. Upon examination though it was obvious that this was a different model (Monte) of the same mold (Gem Twist) customized to look like the model listed (Commander Riker). Seller promptly issued a refund. I would still buy Breyers from this seller, but I would ask for close up pictures first. Picture shows my original Monte on the left and the customized Monte I bought from this ebayer on the right.

My experience with the seller was awesome! He made a cheaper offer and I was sold! Wile E must have ignited his TNT because pieces were broke on his shaker when we opened the box. I can clearly see that everything was nice before the seller shipped it due to the picture. This happened during shipping. It wasn't the seller's fault. Maybe each piece could have been wrapped better but since the seller does not offer returns he gladly offered to refund the product and shipping. Excellent seller!
