I promptly paid for this item the second I won it. However, it took this seller over a week to get the package to the post office and ignored all messages inquiring about when they were going to ship it out. Items arrived poorly packaged, damaged, and broken. When I contacted the seller to resolve the issue, they claimed that my only resolution was to file an insurance claim with the post office. I don't trust this seller at this point to even get a refund if I were to return the items.
