They buyer is 100% correct. My ebay emails were being filtered and I didnt realize this item had sold after months of relisting. Sincere apologies to the buyer for the hassle and i have offered to give them the item and pay shipping. In 20 years of ebay history, this was my first mis-hap with any buyers.
