    Good value for the refurbished price

    Works well for light duty, like deck, stoop sidewalk. The 5.0 battery is s definite. But when it gets low it loses strength. Need 2nd battery. Not cheap. I'm wondering when the battery is low if the motor strains and could cause the motor to burn out. We will see, it does have warranty.

    it works

    when it arrived the box was destroyed it looked like it had been thrown from a moving truck. I was not impressed with the so-called- refurbished product ,I had to drill the handle for the bolts that connected the pieces .I think this one slipped by quality control. Or there was no quality control I am surprised it works at all ,but it does I just hope that the rest of there refurbished products are in better and more complete condition

    Assembling and quality

    This snow shovel is quite sturdy considering it is lightweight and made of alot of heavier plastic. Very simple to put together after arriving right on time brand new in the box. Am very pleased with it and looks like we may not get use out of it until next winter as our weather seems to be getting warmer but you never know yet, still have about 3-4 weeks of unpredictable weather here in NJ.

    Only one problem

    For being battery powered it throws the snow very well! The biggest problem I have is that it only throws it in front of you! It would be nice if you could direct it to the side, but you can't! You just keep adding to snow in the direction you are using it!
