Item received was not as described and seller refused to give a partial refund for the issue. I planned to open a case but got busy with another case that was a scam. I contacted the seller and was offered to return item which would have put me in a time conflict to my need of if the item. Seller was not willing to do a partial refund (I didn't even ask for half or a certain amount just a partial) and was rude. BUYER BEWARE. FALSE ADVERTISING
