    Sturdy & Stable

    I'm using this tripod with my birding scope. A little heavy, but exactly what I need for a sturdy platform to observe distant objects. Easy to use and smooth handling when tracking moving objects. Very little shaking even in wind.

    Manfrotto 3265 head Fast and Versatile

    Professional Photographer: The review is on the Manfrotto 3265 Head only. This is the second head I've bought. One for the camera stand and one for a tripod. The head is well built and fast to adjust when going from horizontal to vertical. Easily holds a D700 with MB-10 and long lens. I prefer the pistol grip over the newer style with the adjustment grip on the side.

    Tripod does what it's meant to do.
