Seller is dishonest! He pulled a "bait and switch". After accepting my payment for a battery charger and reporting it was shipped, he requested more money for shipping, because he guessed the weight wrong! I said I still wanted the charger and he refunded my money, no charger?? I would NOT buy from this charlatan!!

I have no record of any dishonesty. I really misjudged the weight of the Battery Charger and was trying to come to a reasonable compromise. Buyer jumps to his own conclusion and doesn't understand how Ebay works. I could have justb canceled and didn't even have to tell him anything. All BS
