    As a matter of flax

    This is high quality stuff. There is a difference in taste between this “golden” meal vs the regular flax seed meal. This is better. The other is kind of grainy and chalky. I don’t know if the health benefits differ but I prefer the golden flax in my smoothies. That’s the flax, Jack!
