The typewriter was not packed properly and it arrived damaged. The carriage was bent and did not move. When I contacted the seller, he suggested that I had to watch videos and “learn” how to unlock the carriage. He never acknowledged that the machine was not packed properly and didn’t offer any way to fix the situation. I had to go through the trouble of looking someone to repair the machine, had to go several times to the shop and wait for a week. Getting a refund for the repair was my request.

I worked with buyer resolve any issues he had, I also paid for repair of item that was damaged in shipping. Buyer said item was not packed right. This is a false statement from the buyer. I offered up to make it right, buyer was unreasonable.
