Lamp was double boxed; however, tissue paper was used which did not protect the shells. Bubble wrap should have been used on something this fragile. Seller noted 3 shells were damaged. Okay. On receipt, 7 shells were damaged because of the tissue paper still allowed for movement during shipping. Box also arride with tape from the post office that said the box was damaged when received. Still a lovely lamp, but with more broken shells than noted up front due to poor packing.
