Item was received but not as described. The item was listed as New, which eBay defines as 'A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging.' In fact, the packaging had been opened and the cellophane had been removed from the cartridge. This means I have no way of knowing how much label material had been used. It seems this seller is either dishonest in his listings or does not want to adhere to the item condition definitions established by eBay.
