The item was sent to the seller by the shipper. The seller claimed they never received it the return, then claimed they found it and sent it back. in order for me to accept the package I had to pay an additional $18 C.O.D. because the seller used an unauthorized package. There were also 2 of the 20 items were broken. The seller refused to refund the additional cost and instead made an insulting offer of $2.00.

It appears you just wanted the items for free. We also reached out to your local post office to confirm an additional shipping fee, and they stated there was none.
