seller shipped caliper in plastic shipping bag without any bubble wrap, It arrived broken. Notified seller and asked for refund. Seller very, very difficult to deal with. Seller did not resolve problem. Ebay sent me the refund. I will not buy from this seller again.

Leaving neutral feedback as seller discovered item was damaged just prior to shipping but had already flagged item as shipped. The seller immediately alerted me to the issue and made a full refund. However, eBay automation insists on feedback because item was flagged as shipped - hence these comments. Am disappointed not to have the item as it was the 'last one' and a good price but happy that seller acted in a responsible way - thank you!
