Sehr lange Lieferzeit. Schlecht verpackt und zusammen mit anderer Bestellung geliefert, obwohl von mir Porto für jede Bestellung gezahlt werden musste. OVP´s eingedrückt, dadurch nicht mehr wie neu und nicht mehr als Geschenk geeignet. Nichtssagende Antworten auf meine Nachrichten. KEIN Porto zurück bekommen. Funktion noch nicht getestet.

Leider nicht fair. Lieferzeit war lange, weil Paket verloren ging, Ersatz kam sofort. Doppelte Versandkosten fielen an, weil der Käufer den Kauf so abgeschlossen hat, obwohl wir extra eine Anleitung dafür haben. Doppelte Versandkosten haben wir erstattet, sobald es technisch möglich war, vorher ging es nicht, weil Käufer Fall offen gelassen hat - haben wir auch erklärt. Wir haben alle Fragen detailreich beantwortet - tut uns leid, dass Sie das als "bla bla" empfinden. Alles Gute für Sie! :)
