Decent price and value.
This is a budget SSD. It uses MLC Nand flash memory. These are still being sold at various stores. I would suggest the 128gb model over this one unless the plan is to just use this for your OS. The ideal being to use a second mechanical hard drive for storage. Its not difficult to tie a the second drive through the registry (Windows) or for Linux to make the second drive your home and place a SWAP file there if you want one. Read speeds in my old dual core are the same as a Intel X-25-M and Samsung SSD. Write speed is faster then both of these units. If you have only one drive bay and very limited needs then this unit is fine. However I would still suggest the 128gb or 256gb models. Sandisk x110 is great product for its cost
For speeding up older desktops and laptops, this ssd offered great performance at a fraction of the cost of new ssd. Great as well for cheap budget computer builds which is my primary use for this model ssd.
